The Corner Garden, Daventry

"Karen went the extra mile to ensure this small space was transformed to a beautiful hideaway. It's now our favourite place in the garden, we love it!"
Mary & Ernie, Daventry.

My clients wanted to transform this neglected corner so they could enjoy a cup of tea in the sunshine and listen to the birds.
The garden already provided winter flowering plant species, so we used plants and bulbs that provide lots of pollen and nectar into the summer months. This helps to support the bumblebees that take up residence in the garden each year.
Additionally, structural plants with an upright or columnar habit, including climbers, were selected to maximise planting potential in the limited space.
We also added some more bird boxes to help provide shelter for resident birds.
