Sensory Garden, Flore

"I love our garden, it's been a joy to watch it transform from a patch of grass, to where it is today"
Julie, Flore

Sensory elements including a water feature, ornamental grasses and perennials with soft textures and scent were key elements of this design.
My client and her daughter wanted plants that would encourage wildlife into their garden. They wanted to be able to fully immerse themselves in nature, so careful consideration had to be made to allow access for their daughter who is a full time wheelchair user.
Since the garden has established, my client has seen an abundance of wildlife visit the garden, including a wren, which has taken up residence in the new evergreen clematis, and a resident hedgehog, thanks to the newly installed access route.
